Thought you didn't want to have anything to do with NTU so long as the Chinese are involved?
Don't think anyone will deny Dy is critical to the function of a number of military applications. Problem is it's a niche market and with the reduction/elimination of Dy use in magnets, there is an ubundance of Dy around for use in military applications.
Relying on a boom in Dy use via military pplications is just wishful thinking IMO.
Fact is while other REO prices have improved drastically over the las 8 months due to supply reform in China and healthy demand , Dy is still wallowing at multi year lows. NTU business plan has always been unviable, and will continue to be unviable into the future. No amount of wishful thinking and fantasy story's will change that.
