Hahahaha LB , you are grasping at straws now as NMDC would only vote in their own board , the only action i would be willing to put in for would be a legal one , for the all things the where announced from the begining to vote NMDC in and all along the 3 years of failures from this management while picking up their inflated salaries . from memory there is about 500 retail shareholders should be able to collect enough to get things going with a law firm ???
