    Disagree Stevie, worst case scenario with the legal issue is they lose the extra 18.5% or whatever it is.

    Current market including $70mil and world class Peruvian Assets is worth a lot more than SRK at even $1.50 imho.

    Don't forget Xstrata wanted Peru 6 months ago for US$650mil, dont kid yourself, its a killer project and will get funding imho.
