The rights issue is pretty small, so hoping it will no have a massive impact on the SP. Only small holders would sell after they're issued to take the risk free profit. Bigger shareholders should will HOLD imo as there isn't enough liquidity on market.
A good announcement will get this stock moving as it is fairly tightly held.
