I like this Company long term but I am concerned by the number...

    I like this Company long term but I am concerned by the number of shares on issue in 2015....
    Average Shares in 2014 71.7m
    Shares on issue 2015 90.3m
    So EPS will need to increase by about 20% to maintain current pe level in 2015....
    Maybe they will achieve that but no upside from that level I feel?
    Hope I am right in expressing this view but welcome input from those holders more experienced.
