Consolidation occurred. The announcements with the shovel stopped as they even had to sell the shovel used to try and find gold. I assume the material transaction is to buy back the the shovel at 5 times the cost.
The miners in the 1800s did better than what these guys can, even with a meal ways these guys would be lost.
