    Agree with win - win and wanted to kick it around a bit.
    I see a win for SRS as not being fully diluted....
    So if SRS retained the same $ holding with potential for dividends and no longer capital constarined that this should also be considered a win for SRS?

    Believe cany deal should be structured to achieve this.
