Yep...defamation law in Australia,punishes shareholders speaking out & asking the hard questions against
self serving Directors & Managers of listed companies..
Sadly this whole CCC story has been one of Mistruths /Related Party transactions /finacncial self interest & massive mismanagement of shareholder funds by a variety of directors present & past ( who we can't name but we all know who) were/are paid well to act in best interest of the Owners ( shareholders).
But acted in Self Interest.!

But what to do!
