RussianRoolet: All that you mention - in respect to Puntland that interests me as I am being invested with HORN - is purely your OPINION.
In my opinion, the first drill in Puntland DID find oil and that will be tested later on. The second drill has as yet NOT announced any results at all - hence to ASSUME that it will be a duster (as you make allusions to) is largely premature.
In my personal view (and I know I am positive here and it is just my OPINION and not necessarily going to be fact):
Both the drills in Puntland will be successful. Time will tell who is wrong and who is right.
