shareplacement relating to resolutions 6 & 7

Hi All,

I find it unjust and corrupt that the board did offer the share placement (with 5 free attaching options for every 1 share) to ALL SHAREHOLDERS. No, it was offered to a select few with IMO a hidden agenda, to be able to cease control the of company.

Why else would you give away 50% of the company for just $300K??????????????????. Clearly they have no business accumen at all, worse deal I have ever seen on the market!

Step aside current board, you have no idea what is required to take a company into profitable territory, and there is still a close link to former director Canarvo, which is the biggest concern!
