Most of the cash is supposed to be spent developing the courses and paying wages plus fees to use the cloud software supposedly developed by the ceo. I suppose its still a punt at these levels and lower considering they raised the money at 20c . If they can get some funding and start acquiring others in the sector who actually are profitable then it could take off.
