In March 2013 it was announced that we were to acquire PPS.(nothing since and no detailed information as to what the project really is).
In April 2013 is was announced that an IER was imminent.(as to date no further information has ever been forthcoming).
Share Volume that has been traded from March to July has been quite considerable but to date there has been no changes to substantial holdings (there should have been disclosure on the larger shareholders whom are out and the ones that are in).
We now have 5 Directors. One has been elected by shareholders(just scraped it in). The other 4 have been self appointed and not elected by shareholders(are these directors independent or do they have a self interest).
Shareholders should have all information relevant to their company and decisions to be made available in the public arena.
