as regards to management I think they have put shareholders into a corner which I have found to be irrespossible and the placement shows this.

With the potential sale of TZ asset and sub 10c who in their right mind would have been attracted to this raising?

TZ has the future potential to add considerable value to KEY and its shareholders so why get rid of your biggest asset.

I had considerable confidence in management above 10c and in the last 2 months everything has turned pear shape and it is time for us shareholders to voice our concerns going forward.

Many things at the moment are not making sense and considering the lack of news to its shareholders and lack of contact to its shareholders it has become a major going concern.

My votes have been sent off 'NO' lets hope they don't get put into the bin.
