Overall this is a great forum with many knowledgable posters. I think that we are all just more than a little "passionate" at the moment.

RAW, I can undertand that you only want the best for shareholders and I at least you are trying to do something which you see as positive. I just hope that it does not blow up in all of our faces.

I have voted no to the proposed resolutions but have done so in the traditional manner.

Interms of getting your point accross to management I hope that you have done you best to secure a meeting with Ken to chew his ear. I am guessing that you already have and been given the shove? Only other alternative is to go the the AGM and stand on your chair and make a really big scene ;-)
