This really sounds like a petulant shareholder who has found the power of the internet imho..

Whilst Asteroider has put up many a good factual case, I find this is not really realistic.

Directors dont work in the business 100% of the time, look at RIO, BHP, ANZ etc... or any of the other 1700 listed ASX companies..
It is quite common for directors to be in more than 1 company, in fact it is the norm not the exception..

I would like to know what really the group is trying to achieve?.. who is being put up? etc..

It is important to remember the other 80%... when it is all said and done we have had a choice to invest in the Management of this company or not... we have no option on 20% we dont know..
