Maybe it is a good idea to check idg (used to be wmt). The current managment took this company by approaching the shareholders and through the old managment....

If key has good assests, then these guys (idg current managment) know how to take it over and send the directors home....of course if they got the shareholders approval....
Maybe it is worth it to give them a call. If there are enough unhappy shareholders...these guys know what to do...
