Kalmsg, I read the current situation exactly the same way.
Whilst it would be so easy to blame KEY for everything, the reality is they have been hit hard by the GFC and the subsequent flow on effect from governmental decisions which have slowed their ability to deliver over the last could of years. If you go back to a presentation in Nov 08, they told us this would happen in Tz and this is why they entered into the UK.
KEY have a very experienced management team which is needed right now, and whilst they have yet to deliver fully on their projects, I am confident that the UK will provide the returns we are looking for down the track, which IMO will assist greatly in future exploration funding requirements.
Had KEY not taken this approach, IMO we would be sitting here right now complaining about the lack of revenue streams the company has, and what the company was doing about it. At the end of the day, we are still in the same position with Tz on our gas find, . No approval, No infrastructure, No income, and No clients.
What does concern me is their communication style which is sub standard at the very best. I am sure they are aware of the markets perception on this, so lets hope a change will occur when they start to gain momentum.
As far as the Options go on this placement, the less said the better. It is a joke!!!.
It will be interesting to see who our new shareholders will be?
Cheers
