Second, figting the directors of a spec company is like beating up the bus driver in the Middle of a highway...you can beat him up, but what is going to happen to the passengers/sharholders?

As a shareholder of a spec company, you will never be in a win situation when u fight the managment. You will always be in a loose - looose situation (either double o or triple o). That is why, in my opinion, be a director of a spec company is the best job in the world. You will always can tell your shareholders..."do whatever I want or u will loose 50% of your money...the other 50% you lost long time ago".
