(sorry, couldn't resist).
I sold my CTN at discount to NTA (and performance) because I am about to retire and could not afford the short term risk. However, if this was five years AGO I would not have sold. There is more upside for shareholders in taking back control of the company. The worst case is that by appointing shareholder friendly directors the company can buy back shares at NTA from those who want out. A better outcome is to appoint your own investment managers and stay in the small/micro cap space, which is why most people are invested anyway. Maybe OC would still be interested.
