Shareholders have got more debits, rather than 50% benefit, while VIX-ERG getting lots profit. they transferred our assets by misleading value assessment.
After fighting for long term, Things are getting better. Board can not hid true value any more. Public media changing opinion. A news on SMH Business Day on November 2, said [--- investors ---were sold a pup],[SOMEONE is finally profiting from ERG ]. After our public trial, ERG board have to tell media some information of income.
But something should be corrected in SMH. Said [reported a net profit of $23.1 million for the year to June 30],[$14.8 millions from sale assets]. Cubic bought the assets on July 7, so most of income were excluded.It should be much more.
Also said [There wasn't much choice in the end. --- and facing certain collapse if not for the continued support of Mr Saville]. ERG turned into positive cash flow for 9 months before transferring, And without him, ERG could merged with good company. At any worst situation, we never suffer as now worse than zero.
If we keep pressure on board by join our Class Action and by VOTE [Against] all in AGM, we will get back compensation. At least, our group members will get, even if they could not pay all shareholders. We will keep to fight for our members, and have sent a letter to board as posted.
Never mind the case v.s. NSW govt. Mr Saville always can find some way to make you reward zero, if you are under his control. govt officers use all tax payer money and whole party resource to do anything as like, even if cover the murder case. How Mr.Saville could win them? Unless they are destroied by corruptions.
If the case fail, VID would be under administration by third party, that would be more convenient to trace our 50% benefit, as They can not use VID board to block us. Time will help us.
