nursery, how do CER break free of CNP when CNP owns more than fifty percent of CER? Whoever controls CNP will control CER. And believe me, the guys that are after CNP would not be particularly charitable to CER hplders as well - notwithstanding the assurances provided by the present CER/CNP management. And I don't undestand the logic on how CER holders can help CNP.
