This applies to CNP rather than CER. The recent CER report, as I read it, relates to other Centro trusts being possibility incorporated with CER but does not mean that CNP will become part of any reorganisation. I fail to see that they have any claim. The lenders can simply forclose when loans are due for repayment and CNP goes into administration and its eventual winding up. As I see it CER will only include any fund with a positive NTA. All any challenge would do is delay a restructure.
While I still believe that CER has a future and the SP will increase I have sold down over half my holding for reinvestment elsewhere.
