    "nursery, how do CER break free of CNP when CNP owns more than fifty percent of CER? Whoever controls CNP will control CER. And believe me, the guys that are after CNP would not be particularly charitable to CER hplders as well -"
    Simple. The lenders will be taking over the shareholding in CER of CNP. That means no more CNP majority ownership. That means "bye bye" CNP.
