    The secured creditors would call on a receiver and the properties would be sold back to Blackstone or any other higher bidder. It would be a worse outcome for CNP shareholders. You wouldnt have a piece of the $100m pie. You'll have nothing.

    Also the secured creditors wouldnt be taking a loss. The banks sold all their debt in CNP at around 50c in the dollar.

    Yes, there is still a shortfall to the secured creditors after the recent sale to Blackstone but they have still made a significant gain.

    Different secured creditors to 3 years ago. Different circumstances. These secured creditors arent making a loss.

    Sorry but CNP is toast

    Throwing good money at bad money (ie what the CSA is doing) is not wise.

    You have milked us long enough as Nursery said. It's game over.
