This is the best course of action. PDN’s Senior management team failed to communicate the reality of PDN’s predicament and what it would mean to shareholders if their strategic plans failed. Their announcements lacked any real insight, were vague or simply misinformed shareholders. The only communication shareholders received that clarified the situation was after the trading halt and voluntary administration. Further more the CEO was still promoting the viability and future of PDN in commsec interviews only months before the VA, company announcements stated there would no impact on shareholders.
The absence of effective and acceptable communication to shareholders is all there folks.
