The Namibian Government would not be happy to see LHM put under care and maintenance like Mirabela Nickel following a similar DOCA deal. Some time ago the NG introduced a policy whereby they would acquire 25% (?) of such assets. There has never been mention of PDN or KPMG approaching the NG for sale of part of LHM. I wonder how CNNC would react to C&M of LHM.
