To all. Below is the response from ASIC concerning my complaint.

Thank you for your report of misconduct of 6 December 2017. We are currently making an initial assessment of the issues you have raised. We aim to contact you again within 28 days to advise you of the outcome of that assessment.

Attached is a link to ‘How ASIC deals with reports of misconduct’, which is an easy-to-read guide about ASIC’s responsibilities and the process we use for assessing your report. We hope you find it helpful in understanding what steps ASIC takes when it receives reports of misconduct from the public.

Please note that ASIC offices will be closed from 25 December 2017 and will re-open on 2 January 2018 for the Christmas and New Year period.
