I don't think we Shareholders have been given an option with the outcome of PDN and ASIC need to take the interest of PDN shareholders into consideration before providing an approval of the DOCA Scheme under Section 411(17).
There was an opportunity for a takeover bid, but the Chinese got greedy and want to get their hands on PDN for peanuts. I also hope the Foreign Investment review Board takes a serious role in this.
