As  mentionned in my recent post I communicated with the Response Center at Maurice Blackburn and followed up with a telephone conversation.

Please note the following:

1. Maurice Blackburn is already aware of the Paladin situation and the Class Action Team is investigating a possible class action lawsuit. No decision has been made yet.

3. The reference case number is: 5345752
4. Ashly has forwarded my emails to the Class Action Team for review.
5. Stakeholders are invited to forward any pertinent information to her and she will forward to the Class Action Team for review.
6. It would be extremely useful is a senior employee/officer of Paladin (present or past) could forward any pertinent incriminating internal document to Maurice Blackburn to aid our cause. We, as shareholders, only have public documents which are general in nature and often don't tell the real story.
7. Ashly will communicate with me when more information is made available.
