I recall the Mirabella saga and reading those articles is very concerning..I remember the share price ran hard when they came back, a friend made his best ever trade and profited 30 grand on the day it opened..but weeks later it all collapsed again if my memory serves me correctly.

Perhaps the court should be made aware of these similarities..it does sound like shareholders are getting diddled big time with this deal...

Surely there must be a better deal out there..Atlas Iron managed a good deal where contractors that wore a bit of the pain during the lows would be rewarded more greatly when commodity prices moved up. You would think Paladin could lock in some sort of contract with the Chinese perhaps where they receive more of the mines uranium output as the price moves up.
