Given that I own my shares, even though they may be currently worthless, and that I have not committed any misdemeanour or crime, how can the Court demand that other creditors can basically steal my shares? Because that is exactly what they would be doing. And that is what I object to.
My only concern about joining the class action is that it is run by Maurice Blackburn, a firm that I want nothing to do with. They are nothing but vultures and parasites, and any "winnings" they make for you would be severely depleted by their fees and costs. They're in it to make money - not for the benefit of their clients.
