FYI. I have written to Matthew Woods at the PDN@KPMG email that he advised us to respond to objecting to the DOCA and providing my opinion that the valuation of the company is now redundant as a result of the uranium price increasing. I also asked what happened to the restructure with was supported by the majority of the bondholders and shareholders and why was it removed from the table.
I will be in favour of a class action against KPMG as administrators for lack of transparency and not acting in the best interests of shareholders and bondholder but am not sure how far that will get us.
