My email to him was sent today. I haven't heard back from him as I am in Canada so there's a 15 hour time difference. I'll let the group know what he advises and if anything could be done. I would really like to delay the possible acceptance of the proposal in order for the Independant Experts to reassess the new mine values since the 20% cutback by Kazakhstan starting January 2018.
