I have been thinking about this and maybe the best think is to let the DOCA go thru. We need to avoid liquidation. If the DOCA doesnt go thru, there is nothing but to liquidate, the harsh reality is that there is no alternate proposal on the table and rightly or wrongly KPMG did not do their job and act in the interests of all stakeholders. That said, Maurice Blackburn may be thinking, let it go thru, then at least there is a "viable entity" on which to place a claim on. And if the case has legs, the new PDN will have to pay out affected shareholders, most likely via issue of stock etc. Thoughts?
