Today I belatedly found that Maurice Blackburn have had no interest in any submission to the Court on Jan 16 as they are class action specialists. The documentation I submitted to them concerning the DOCA was futile and a MB representative has suggested an insolvency specialist would be more appropriate. Have any share holders already proceeded to make a submission to the court for the Jan 16 DOCA hearing? If so I would like to have my documents included and share costs rather than attempt to start anew at this almost too late a stage. The hearing is next Tuesday.
