Good luck folks - but have you asked him for a rough estimate of the amounts involved? How many millions will it take to satisfy the creditors and how much will it cost to put a prospectus together (solicitor, accounting, expert geologist fees), plus his fees?

I'm not trying to dampen your enthusiasm, but a guide as to what is needed from him might help to focus your efforts.
