    I think we have a good shot at this.

    In my opinion, A DOCA proposal set up by the company founder and ex-Managing Director, who knows the company's operations inside out, and which he has been promised to be beneficial to both creditors and shareholders, is something that has a good chance of being voted for at the 2nd Creditors' Meeting.

    Sprott has already indicated their support for partially replacing CBA's debt after completing their due diligence, and Ian's got the backing of cornerstone investors. So a re-list and recapitalisation option is looking very viable now.

    As alpaka mentioned, the creditors can also vote to sell the company's assets to the highest bidder. So that's where the competition lies. It depends very much whether Ian's proposal's is deemed by the creditors to be of greater value than any asset bid - one that can help them recover the most $$.
