but you missed the critical bit:

I can't see that anyone here has any expertise in this sort of thing (from the way they are talking) but in my experience your best hope would be to employ a firm of accountants experienced in facilitating capital raisings, who will speak the same language as the Administrator and have contacts with VC and banks. Which is what the Admin. meant by "meeting the costs of doing so", IMO. He wants firm proposals with dollars attached, rather than vague and impractical proposals (no offence) with no commitment.
