Despite the poor performance of the CAP share price, the share register of CAP remains strong.

To be a top 10 holder, you need to own 750,000 shares+.

To appear in the top 20, you need to own 450,000 shares+.

And to appear in the top 50, you need 200,00 shares +.

The top 10 shareholders own 33% of CAP and the top 50 own 53%.

Our largest shareholder is Mr. Conglin Yue (through private & company ownership),is controlling 14.15 million shares or approx 15% of the issued shares (94.5M shares on issue).

The surname Sheard has close to 1 million shares.

With the volumes that have exchanged hands over the past two weeks, I was wondering if we would see a change in substantial holding notice but nothing yet. Figures above accurate as of 21st Nov.

Will be interesting to see if the share register changes in the lead up to May next year.
