The 'usual' arguments that are put foward for not allowing existing shareholders to get first chop at a CR simply don't exist anymore.
For mine with the ability to distribute the relevent paperwork via the internet and bpay, there is no reason why the existing shareholder should not get first dibs. I was going away and was able to source the documents through the registry and pay via bpay not long after the CR was announced.
Allow the shareholders to get in first then sell any that are left to the instutions.
