COI does not receive cash flow from Florence.
Any $ earned by the US operating company stays in the company to pay for future drilling etc.
This was confirmed a few months ago by COI. i.e. the cash being earned in the states will not fund the COI operations. The US deal is being treated by an investment by COI and they have no right to withdraw dividends from it at this stage.
