Gaspew it wasn't by one holder of 10%. When they lodged the S249D there was just over 10% of shares involved (not sure how many share holders involved to achieve that figure).
Cashngrab little minor detail from other thread - when ROG gets approval they will drill. As of now they haven't got final approval, haven't signed on the dotted line for a rig, so they aren't drilling yet. Never let the truth get in the way of a good ramp. lol.
