What's happening at CTP was begun by a SHer who holds approx 10% of the share pool. To call an EGM to oust the current board one has to hold at least 5%.
LOL, with currently 1.6Billion shares on issue there is only one ROG shareholder that holds enough shares. Yep, EIR....... any revolt at ROG would have to be led by RG.
How convenient..........
Given the current constraints being imposed by the government, I'm prepared to wait it out and see what our illustrious board does once the green light is given.
A quality location with huge potential, let's see what all those qualifications can achieve. If the NSW government needs gas to secure the states energy future then ROG are being handed a golden egg. Let's hope the board doesn't scramble it.
