Sorry for pointing out the elephant in the room but what does that look like to you? High paid directors, little to no progress, assets being sold for little or no gain that’s obvious to shareholders, joint venture deals that offer nothing to shareholders, constant attempts to ramp share price by management quoting unachievable time lines and goals.

Looks to me like a dirty 5 letter word starting with F
