Hi All,

Given the poor performance of mgmt. Did anyone vote in the AGM or use their proxies on the 19th of Feb ??

I did a review of the votes casted and only around 11% of the shareholders voted. Around 300m voted out of 2.6b issue of shares !

Is this accurate ?? If yes, how can we expect to holder mgmt to account ! Surely they are taking us for a ride !

I suggest LRS investor, stop whinging and join our group so we can collectively address our issues.
