They  can if they have also included advantageous silver streaming arrangement and convertible equity that gets their funds back at 100% or converts to equity. Pure equity holders are last cab off the rank, go look at Channel 10 shareholders.

All RB said is there are better deals elsewhere and there are - big time.
E.g shortly IBG will be raising equity. Is it likely they'll do a worse deal then HRR?  and if not won't the pressure be on HRR holders to move as will be the case with all better risk/ reward deals than this one.

There'll be many deeply aggrieved HRR shareholders not excluding those that got more than they expected in the SPP.  You still think they'll be done selling by stat Oct do you? I doubt  even I'll be done given the above.
