Yes I do think HRR's share price will reach A$0.34. However if you had read my thread a little more carefully you would have noted that I expected this to be around mid 2019, some 2 years away. Why this date? Well because:
    1. Commercial production would have been declared on 1/1/19
    2. Processing assumptions in the BFS would have been validated by two HRR ASX quarterly reports. (FY2019 Q3 & Q4)
    3. HRR's profit & cashflow results would have validated the BFS and the Share Price would move to reflect this solid and expected performance.
I don't know what your term "inherent SPP" is. However if you inferring that the Share Price in 2 years time is the inherent value of HRR today then you are wrong. The inherent value of HRR is the NPV and it will always be. The eventual market capitalisation of HRR is determined by the prevailing share price and will always be different to the NPV (usually MC>NPV).
Also the funding (capital as you call it) strategy is not determined by the eventual MC or NPV of HRR but rather by the operating cashflow profile and the associated business risk. This is standard bank practice and the bank will determine the amount and cost of funding from this analysis. HRR got what the bank deemed appropriate.
    There it is.
