The USN orders of 2 per year should boost sp towards $4.50 if there is 20% profitability, however they indicated initial profit would be close to zero, so market is waiting to see if first order proceeds to plan and if so then future profits are assured.
Hence the general trend is up, unless bad news eventuates. No news is good news!
