I suspect that CBD's shares will re-list before they de-list finally. I also expect that the price will fall as people get out.
However, once they are domiciled in the US, it is relatively simple to sell overseas holdings. Most brokers just require you to sign up for foreign trading and you can sell them almost as easily as you can sell Australian shares. Just check with your broker.
