Not entirely true they made some good money on the way from various contracts they had utilising their technology that paid the bills for a while but metals price changes and the old GFC caught INL on the cusp of success  which was just rotten bad luck. But they managed to survive.
The EAFD contracts the spent pickle contracts to name  a few and also will get royalties from any use of its intec process that Intec International Projects PTY LTD sets up deals for. One of which is the still as far as i know Monument Mines test work that is ongoing for gold/copper recovery
